What we collect

Your name, company, email, phone number and anything you write on a bid request, such as a project name, an address and a link to your plans.

How we use it

To answer you, to write the bid, to schedule the work and to keep a record of what we did. We do not sell your information.

Plans and documents

Plan sets you link or email stay with our estimating and project staff. Tell us if a set is confidential and we will limit who opens it.

How long we keep it

Bids and project records for as long as the law, our insurer or your contract requires. Requests for jobs that did not go ahead, for a year.
